Default AI Mode
Choose how messages are processed by default. Applies in the Workspace and any IDE using outer.bot. You can always override this per-session from the Workspace toolbar.
Fusion always pairs Claude with DeepSeek V4 Pro (via Together.ai) — this isn’t currently configurable per account.
Model pairings are auto-selected per provider. Your saved BYOK key for the chosen provider is used.
Custom Providers
Add any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — OpenRouter, Together, Fireworks, or a model host of your own — by its base URL, an API key, and the model IDs it serves. Once added, its models are selectable anywhere the registry is, including Tandem.
Configuring a custom provider sends your prompts, briefing content, and code to that endpoint directly — a destination of your own choosing, outside outer.bot's own service-provider list (Stripe, AWS, Groq, and the built-in model providers). We only relay your request there; what that endpoint does with it is between you and its operator.
